Payclass Inc. is a C-corporation registered in the State of South Dakota. Our roots are in the rough-and-tumble NYC business environment where it takes more than just hard work and determination to get the job done.

Mr. Henry Sinoimeri

Expertise is in Business Process, financial processes, and strong technology background

He has worked for some of the largest companies in US and the world. He has also co-founded startup companies in supply chain / technology, logistics, and energy efficiency.

He speaks several languages, and can connect with all different walks of life. He maintains a winning record of basketball games in East New York (Brooklyn) playgrounds. Although you can find him kicking around a soccer ball, which was his first love.

Working for some of the largest (and smallest) companies in the world he has a wide collection of battle scars and traumatic experiences. He is the father of two proud and beautiful daughters.

Jonathan has deep and intimate knowledge of our customers, their pain points and solutions. Jonathan’s expertise in financial and payment processes of these industries is second to none. Project excellence is another of Jonathan’s strength. Team-building, accountability, execution have brought great success in his career. Jonathan was born and raised in New York, NY, and graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. From his collegiate to his professional years in the construction industry, he has become an expert in managing, planning, organizing, and budgeting. He understands that any successful company’s #1 core value is the people, and as a result, through his experience, Jonathan recognized and took action to reduce frustration amongst workers with delayed transactions and late payments. These major industry issues make it challenging to maintain strong relationships, creates low morale, and a distrustful work environment. Hence, the birth of his creation Payclass! The platform that gets you paid promptly and professionally.

Its not uncommon to catch Henry kicking fire balls on the pitch or Jonathan shooting jump shots on the court. Henry & Jonathan bonded over a love of sports, competition & a common vison – “there has to be a better way for B2B payments”. Jonathan is the ambition behind Payclass while Henry provides the kick; our kindred spirits brought us together but it is our competitive nature that is at the root of Payclass. We strive to improve our business each day, constantly evolving to keep our edge while building solid relationships with our partners as we move forward to make Payclass a worldwide brand. We promise to deliver a innovative service at a fair price that will allow businesses to get back to focusing on “getting the job done”… we will do the rest.
